Hi just wanted to say I’ve had no issues with the game up until this PvP event. Loaded in to a battleground that was bugged from the beginning. Unable to release. Game crashed midway and I haven’t been able to log back in with this error code. I’ve done all troubleshooting on 2 consoles and for 2 seperate internet providers. I know there are others with the same issue. My ticket number is 240728-004276
Could we get an explanation with what’s going on?

Jones1285Soul ShrivenThis is my exact issue. BG was bugged and I had to revived, wouldn't be released. Now when I try to log in it says I'm already logged in and shows my character in the arcane university(a bg map). Happened Friday and still unable to log into the game with zero updates on what's going on.1 -

Lawson1199Soul ShrivenYeah My GF had the same thing happen to her and she hasn’t had a reply back to her ticket since July 28th when they told her they were transferring her to a specialist team.
