Serving lagging badly across the entire game on PS NA - in pve and pvp.
The world will freeze around you - NPCs, other players - you won't be able to interact with anything - and then about 15 - 30 seconds later, the lag will stop and everything will catch up.

They are specifying PlayStation server issues. Kevin posted about PCNA issues.
But, it sounds like all 3 servers are having problems right now.2 -

When there's widespread crashing, even if it's on two different platforms, they tend to get consolidated into one thread so they don't have to post multiple times to communicate.0 -
