New Eco Mode changes causing CTD

Standing in Alinor waiting for random dungeon queue to pop watching a video on scribing, when the new eco screen dimming tries to kick in, end up crashing to desktop. When this happens I have the client as the active window, so it's not like I'm tabbed out. It happens around the 5 minute mark for the new eco screen dimming to kick in. It's not consistent, but that is about the time that the CTD happens.
