Is there a way to disable directional audio? I am deaf in one ear. Meaning any static or dynamic sounds coming from not only the right hemisphere are completely muted, but sounds coming from behind are also muted by as much 80-90%.

SpiritKitten✭✭✭✭✭okay but still make sure spatial option for headphones is set to off, just in case (spatial sound windows sonic)

There is no option in the User Interface of the game to manually configure sound settings like directional sound, therefore the changes may need to be made in the Windows Audio Settings.
