No preview of crown store items or at event merchants?

I can't preview the items in crown store (Hollowjack Indrik and other stuff) or even the items at the event merchants in Craglorn. Does anyone else have this issue?

No I’ve just tried and could preview the indrik and music box (ps5 eu)

I was having issues previewing items in the crown store and at the Impresario on one character, but could preview on a different one.

Found the reason I couldn't do it.

Skeletal polymorph from the cauldron, it blocks previews of blueprints and equipment. Took it off and I could preview fine, then I put it back on to test and it was broken again.

Oh yeah, I forgot that this was a thing that's happened in previous years too. The polymorph messes with the things.
