HI! I want to add voice to the recurring problem of connection many people are facing in ESO. I have the same problem as of 12th of september 2023.

1. Launcher will take a lot of time to load both the "play" button and the announcements.
2. After launching the game, it will sometimes display "Could not retrieve announcements" at the bottom.
3. Attempting to log in will not work 2/3 of the time.
4. Even after logging in, selecting your character will lead you to an unending loading screen, followed by a disconnect. This happens most of the time
5. After several tries, I manage to get online and feel a *massive* lag, to the point other players are teleporting on the screen. I can't crouch or cast spells.
6. I managed to play for some 15 minutes, got disconnected and gave up.

Important info:
-I'm playing in Brazil;
-It was absolutely fine the 11th of September and before.
-Tried logging in both on PC and Mac, on the NA server.
-Tried the troubleshooting where I restarted my modem. Did it several times. It didn't work.
