Custom UI scale keeps resetting

Last time I used custom scale was maybe in 2015 or something and I do remember that it kept reverting back to 'off', well, decided to start using it again only to find out that the bug persists still. The setting itself (%) resets as well when it goes back to 'off', so I have to fine-tune again.
