Cannot retrieve items from crafting bag

I was going to sell off some of my materials, but this morning I found that I could no longer withdraw items from my crafting bag. My ESO+ is current and doesn't expire until October. Is this a new bug? Is anyone else having the same issue? Could it be being caused by an addon? The only thing I have that alters UI is Gamepad Helper.
PC NA is my server.

EDIT: My wife is having the same issue.
EDIT 2: After testing, it appears that disabling the Covetous Countess and Inventory Trait nodules of GamepadHelper by olegbl restores the functionality.
