Enemy buffs display blocked in PvP?

Hey Guys,
I am able to see buffs in open world on Monsters, similarly I can see it on players when I duel them on the target bar. But in Battlegrounds and PvP no buffs show up. Is this intended by Devs? I tried Srendarr, LUI Extended and Bandits UI. In all of the addons enemy players buffs don't show up in PvP
