Hi, here are 10 things to do when you join the Golden Clover PvP & Trade guild (PC EU) as new player or on a low level toon

10 THINGS TO DO WHEN JOINING GOLDEN CLOVER AS A NEW PLAYER

ACTION 1 - CONFIRM YOUR TOON IS ALDMERI DOMINION
Press C, find the Golden Eagle in the popup window if not go back and create any CLASS with the
HIGH ELF
WOOD ELF
or KAHJIIT
To have more race selection options buy the ANY RACE ANY ALLIANCE UPGRADE from the crown strore

ACTION 2 - SET YOUR SKILLS ADVISOR
Press K and select SETTINGS
choose either:
PRIMARY ROLE: DAMAGE (Magica)
or PRIMARY ROLE: DAMAGE (Stamina)

ACTION 3 - SET NAMES TO PREFER USER ID
Press ESC/ SETTINGS/ INTERFACE
SET the first option from prefer Character name to PREFER USER ID

ACTION 4 - TELEPORT TO THE PVP GUILD HOME
Press G/ Select GOLDEN CLOVER/ Select the HOUSE icon/ Use the link to PvP Guild Home in the ABOUT US section
When you are at the home set your mundus stone as THE LOVER. You will find it at the wall overlooking the ocean.
Spend a some time just interacting with the many available services primarily:
The Merchant
The Banker
The Deconstructor
The Alied Well
The Vampire Well
The Precursor Target dummy. (kill it & note your DPS - damage per second

ACTION 5
JOIN THE GOLDEN CLOVER DISCORD
(you don't need a mike only audio to hear)
The easiest is to just google GOLDEN CLOVER ESO DISCORD for the invite link. Once you have joined please wait for an officer to upgrade you to discord member level 1 that will unlock many channels.

ACTION 6 - GET YOUR FREE 12pc TRAINING GEAR & FREE GOLD
IF @marius_buys (Marius) is online dm him directly otherwise mail.
The gifted gold will pay for your guild tabard and some inventory slots. You may ask for new training gear every 20-30 levels until you hit CP160 when we wil help you equip you with your first proper gear.

ACTION 7 - MOUNT/BAGSPACE/TABARD/STORE
LEAVE THE GUILD HOME BY THE FRONT GATE
Follow the path toward the town of DAGGERFALL.
a) At the stable on your left speak to the stable master to train your MOUNT there daily.
b) Head up the stairs into the town you will find an npc called NURSIPA, standing at a sail covered cart just past the bank. Buy some baggage space from her.
c) Then head into the TOWN BANK.to speak to Angier Stower
Select GUILD STORE and in the GOLDEN CLOVER TAB BUY A GUILD TABARD from the GOLD COAST TRADING COMPANY, Equip it.
d) Put up some items for sale in the FREE GUILD STORE which is connected to that weeks overworld trader where anyone in game can buy the items you sell. The trader is pricey, app 4M gold per week, but is ok aid buy the guild via donations and is available for free to guildies, please make sure you use it! ACTION 8 - IN GAME GUILDS, SKILLTREES & RESET SHRINES
PORT to wayshrine of VUKELGUARD in AURIDON
a) Head to the Salted Wings Tavern 2nd floor to join the UNDAUNTED GUILD with TUROK REDCLAWS
b) Go to the VUKELGUARD MAGES GUILD and speak to the hall steward at the entrance to join.
c) In the mages guild run speak to DENEL TELENO and take the ALCHEMY QUEST you need to unlock the skill line for the MEDICINAL USE PASSIVE that makes your potions last longer.
d) Go to the VUKELGUARD FIGHTERS GUILD and speak to the hall steward at the entrance to join.
e) Port to the GRAHTWOOD TREE in ELDEN ROOT
Find the ATTRIBUTE RESET SHRINE & the SKILS RESET SHRINE
f) At level 10 press L and select CAMPAIGNS. Set your home campaign as Gray Host if youre only going to zergsurf with the guild or to the BELOW 50 campaign if you're going to spend some time in the starter campaigns. (the pvp guide video at d#guildinfo on discord will help with this)
press L to select and enter the campaign
At right side base find Arcarin and accept the WELCOME TO CYRODIIL quest
Turn around to your left and go to GRAND WARLORD SORCALIN (You can do her quest or skip training if you watched the siege videos in #⁠guildinfo)
You will receive two ALLIANC E WAR SKILL TREES, unlock and slot VIGOR in the ASSAULT SKILL TREE
g) Ask anyone in guild chat for a VAMPIRE BITE let the player help you with where the shrine is in Bangkorai, get bit and do the short quest.
h) Press P, select ENDEAVORS, do the weekly and daily endeavors. It allows you to buy cool things from the crown store for free.

ACTION 9 - SETUP YOUR ADDONS VIA MINION
Google, download and install MINION, ESO's addon manager
a)Brand new to ESO players install MAP PINS & VOTAN'S MINIMAP
b) New to the guild players install the addons listed in #⁠guildinfo a look so look at the suggested settings for the addons

ACTION 10 - CUSTOMISE YOUR SETTINGS
There is a difference between a first time player playing on his/her first toon and a player optimising settings for high latency group vs group fights. However there are overlapping settings that make combat easier such as:
a) set your aim/cursor to be slightly away but directly above your characters head in esc/settings/camera
b) set roll dodge as single action to keyboard button R
c) set your ultimate to keyboard T
d) set ability 1 to mouse button 5
e) set ability 2 to mouse button 4
f) set ability 3 to right click mouse button
g) set block to hold left & right mouse button simultaneously
h) set ability 4 to press scroll button
i) set ability 5 to keyboard button NR 4
j) set interrupt to keyboard button NR 3
k) set mount up to ALT key
m) set weapon swap to set 1 to middle mouse forward scroll button
n) set weapon swap to set 2 to middle mouse back scroll button
(these are just personal setting suggestions and helps to minimize taking your hands of the keyboard movement keys)
