how do you time out in less than 2 minutes?

After doing all the procedures to " fix " the 303 connection to the server has timed out, Now its back. Thought it was fixed while dealing with support on the 'an error has happened, wait a few minutes and login again' which happens in less than 5 minutes after logging in. Why would it time out in less than 2 minutes?

✭✭✭✭✭I have no idea. It' doesn't happen to me (and since my connection is satellite, I would assume I'd be experiencing this). Perhaps you would be better advised to post in tech support?______________________________________________________
