Groups bugged again (XBOX NA or platforms wide?)

Looks like groups are being bugged again, at least on XBOX NA.
When manually grouping or using group finder, when being ported in or wayshrine/fast traveling, it will remove you from instance, saying you are in different group, remove you from group altogether, or bug out and drop you in a different group you were in within last 24 hours.
That last one was an old visual bug which looks like it was brought back, but this time it is actually grouping people up. Game voice chat as a result is messy too, when it even works (half the time it doesn’t even work - says maintenance).
Anyone else having problems? My guild chats are blowing up with everyone having these issues.

Have people been doing random normal dungeons and traveling around Tamriel when grouped up in last 2 hours? This is an issue I have start seeing this AM. Wasn’t a problem yesterday morning.
If not, it would be great to test it. The more people we get to isolate the issue the faster it will get fixed.0 -
