druidic provision station... high isle leads

I have been trying to find these leads. I have been to most all the locations but all I see is a patch of green bubbles where the lead is suppose to be a broom stick or pitcher etc.... no way of interacting with it.
Was there something I needed to do before starting to look for these items to start it?

You should be able to interact with the sparkles to get the lead

I see the sparkles even though I have collected all the leads.

If you are looking for another station, Once you have made the first, more can be bought for Gold at the Acheivement Furnisher in Gonfalon.

If you already have the lead the sparkles are there but there is nothing to pick up. You cant collect this one more than once
