Merchants, Bankers aren't highlighting? All NPCs in Nameplates set to Always - Xbox X console

I have all the NPCs, everything in Nameplates set to Always. However, bankers, merchants, etc are no longer highlighting. This just seemed to have happened recently, and before this week's update. So...not sure if there's another setting I'm not aware of?
