Storyline and Side quest rewards

Forgive me if I've missed something. Did something happen with the storyline and side quest rewards?
I'm sure I used to collect random pieces of set gear from the zone, but the last 3 quests in Shadowfen have only given me gold as a reward (and probably XP but I didn't look at the notification).

✭✭✭✭✭You don't always get set pieces, normally you just get scrap, gold and of course xp.

unchainedzulu✭✭✭yeah. thanks. but i wasn't getting any gear. only the coin. the next time i turned in a quest, i got a piece. *shrug

sPark101✭✭✭✭Recently i've been completing quests in zones to complete the achievement (20, 30, unique quests etc.) and noticed the rewards are a mix of gear, gold, skillpoints or even emotes/personalities.
