You can try to appeal it to Support through the website if you think the ban was unwarranted. Be aware that it might take up most of the 3 days to do so because Support is traditionally pretty slow, but its worth it if they reverse the decision for their logs of disciplinary action. https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8540/~/how-can-i-appeal-a-warning,-ban,-or-suspension-on-my-eso-account?

Or wait it out. If you know you broke the rules, waiting it out is probably your best bet.
