No REPAIR option in the game client?

As suggested by the player above, restarting with the task manager then waiting a minute may get the repair option to show in your launcher.

It wasn't there for me... then it suddenly appeared.

I've just tried that because the game has been consistently hanging when I try to log in. It gets to the login queue, then goes to a picture with a spinning wheel of dragons in the bottom right corner, then it simply hangs, the wheel stops spinning with a noise like a crashing wave, then... nothing. Consistently. Six times now. If I alt-tab out and come back, the picture itself is gone, leaving just a black screen. If I use Task Manager to close and restart, the same happens again. But this time the "Repair" option reappeared in the game options launcher screen so I'm trying that.
