Unable to Log In

Attempted to log in 3 times after maintenance was complete. First 2 times, system booted me for inactivity after choosing character but advancing no further, the 3rd time after choosing character got the Western Skyrim graphic and sat there for 15 minutes ....... NA server obviously. Had to end task to exit program.
