[PS5]Character is stuck in Reaper's march

So today i was going around Reapers march and my game crashed north of Reaper's march near the river. I thought it was fixed because last i heard about this bug was a year ago. It's mind boggling how a game breaking bug like this is still ingame one year later. Now i can't even log in to my character. Something like this should be top priority to fix.
