I can't install the game

Hi,

Yesterday, I launched the game as usual and the launcher tried install an update. After a few minutes I received an error:

Error 102 - DownloadError_InvalidMetafile.
Unable to find patch data for the current game version.

I ran the game consultant tool as the message suggested (a pretty form in German) and got a txt file.
Then I search this KB Article: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2768 and follow the steps. Nothing works.

Finally today I uninstalled the game, downloaded a new installer and proceeded to do a clean install. It didn't work either.

What should i do now?
