Hello guys
Im here to report an very strange bug i got yesterday. I've redemed code for Blackwood CE ( Digital Upgrade) chapter which i got from regular retail seller. Well, nothing happened. I have received confirmation mail from ZOS that i did it and that i own now Blackwood CE upgrade/chapter. I have checked game instantly and there is no Blackwood CE upgrade and my account is on Greymoore CE chapter..even on account page i see only Greymoore and nothing else.In game content also checked, nothing new there. I got some strange questions from ZoS agent on support ticket from yesterday, so i decide to write here whilling for help because i have spend some nice money on that Blackwood CE chapter, which i actually still dont have on my account.
Please check ( you ZoS guys) whats going on and many thanks in advance.
