Xbox X Thrown Out of Game.

Xbox Series X : During the past week I have been getting thrown out of the game when using Wayshrines and or in game quest portals.
Just opened the secret passage in the coven conundrum quest, bam, thrown out of game, does this every time on trying to enter this area, this is getting crazy.
Is this a know issue and is anybody else getting this ?
EDIT: After digging around I found out that this is a known Xbox Series X issue but it will not be patched for at least another week so I have put a ticket in for an ESO Plus Refund.
