- Disabled all windows Defender stuff
- Added Exceptions of the steam folder / program data / documents folder to Windows Defender
- Disabled Windows Firewall
- Deleted Program Data Folder / Documents Folder of contents
- Deleted it all and uninstalled it and installed it again on Steam.
- Attempted to Launch it through Admin perms instead via launcher.
- Rebooted my PC of course installed latest Drivers / Updates.
- Searched Google a ton and it seems 99% of the search's were loading not updating where mine clearly stuck on updating.

I'm kind out of Idea's the PC was somewhat formatted recent and legit version of Windows and I don't install hacky / freeware or any kind of unauthorized programs. I don't use silly kids / limited access modes, I have specs way beyond the game required needs and space. This one just really special...

Not sure if there is logs or a way to debug it and see what is happening.

Here is my host.developer.log I think this the best file / logging that might be causing issues. I noticed another install log and I was using modified java version before so I uninstalled and installed the latest java 8 instead... When I uninstalled and launched I actually saw a local ip error kind of funny no launcher but once I installed java again launcher launched still doing updating and this the log from it...
