Do the Imperial City Trophy Vaults Drop Monster Helm Set Shoulder Pieces?

I received the Glorgoloch monster helm head piece from the monster helm set in the Arena trophy vault; does that same vault also have a chance to drop the shoulder piece as well? I have had no luck so far in getting the shoulder piece I want from the Tel Var merchant boxes so I am curious to know if this is another option to find it.

    No they can only be bought from the telvar vendor at your factions base.
