Sadly, if they crowd sourced the financing for new cyrodiil servers by buying some trinket in the crown store, they would probably see quite the lump of cash.
Then again, PC PvPers and folks asking for harder overland content could just put the "New" game on their amazon cards at the end of the month and move on.
I have had a lot of lag and freezing lately while my wife has not; I have not had any crashing issues. We both have the same system, obviously something is different, more than likely a setting somewhere or an ESO file. Looking online I have found many suggestions to fix this going form good every day advice, making sure your drivers are up to date, to the insane... 1. download the birthday of your second cousins best friend, 2. throw sand at the moon, 3. stomp your feet three times, 4 log into SOE all will be fixed. (no I did not do this)
One thing my computer seemed to be doing is a lot of cooling when it was lagging or freezing the fans would go into turbo mode and until they quieted down I was subject to the freeze! ESO was the only game I have this issue with and after trying some ideas I found on the net, none of which worked, I noticed something one day.
My whole computer froze up but I was not in ESO. This happened a few more times before I noticed that I had left the ESO launcher up. I was not running the game but I was having the freeze issue I would have in game, my fans were going wild my computer was frozen... Hmm I thought to myself.
I logged into ESO minimized the screen once it has launched and closed the ESO launcher. Since I have been doing this I have no longer had any freezing problems or lag issues.
I am not entirely sure what is causing this but the solution of closing this is much simpler than what many of the "Fixes" people are coming up with, many of which make absolutely no sense.
