The first is a vampire academy for kinder vampires (like house Ravenwatch), although it has a dark secret hidden in the lair under the school.
The second is a mad alchemist's laboratory in a Grayhost evil base, accessible only using a lava submarine.

Just out of curiosity are you using any of those special effects pc gets? Because I’m on council and I saw a lot of effects on your madness house that i would love to use. I’m planning on making a Frankenstein laboratory and I saw a doctor table with wheels that you had that I’d really like to use. Also that electricity if that wasn’t one of those pc effects. That house is super awesome0 -

✭Here's a shot from one of the attractions I built in my second guar reserve which is currently under construction. I call it "Grey Host Laboratory," which was built to display my Cursbound Kagouti.
Also with this is a picture of said kagouti photobombing me.
And here's a shot of one of the other attractions I'm calling "Hollojack Grove."
