Hello!

Im encountering a severe issue on one of my charcters trying to complete the southern elseyr zone story. At the queststep "the Dragonguard" when im entering Doomstone Caverns the game first freezes and then the xbox (series x) completley shuts off. I have tried 3 times to progress, with the last time only being able to see a frozen loading screen of the Doomstone Caverns with an immediate shut down. I had to log into a different Xbox to relocate my charcter and I am now unable to progress the story. Im also worried about starting this quest on other characters as i dont want my xbox to take damage due to these shutdowns.

i have sent an ingame crash report but as i understood no follow up ticket will be raised with that. so i wanted to highlight it here as well. Im really a bit bummed out not being able to finish the quest on my character but more worried about my xbox taking damage.
