i just wanna say that zos support does not read your tickets at all and has it all automated i made a ticket yesterday about this error sent them game consultant report in it and named my character that got locked and the response i got from them is to send them game consultant info and character name i wish i could make this stuff out [snip]

    it was becouse of a suspection of a speed hack due to my bad internet connection and that is 200 ping no more i was just baffled by a responce of the team almost like it was automatic

    all and all it took about 3 days to fix and i dont mind that its covid and i understand alot of people are not able to do their work but i just wish they didnt give me that false hopes of ''reading'' my ticket and then answering with basically nothing
