Not sure what else to call it, but on every character the basic local chat keeps turning on for me. Also, on some characters like my stam sorc, after every loading screen my character's active bar keeps swapping back to Bar 1, forcing me to change back to bar 2 every time. This has been happing ever since the Blackwood update went live. Anyone else having these issues? They're just annoying, but also frustrating as well for me.
