Regarding ticket # 210615-006685 PS4 ID Sanctum74

One of my characters (Red Sanctum) is stuck in Vateshran Hollows. As soon as I load in that character the game crashes and says it’s corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. I have done so and am on console so there are no add ons running.

I can still use my other characters fine, but the Red Sanctum character crashes immediately. Could you please move that character to a different non dlc zone so that I can use it again.

Unfortunately I am not able to respond to the email from Vance in service because my mail is forwarded to my new address and the system won’t allow me to respond since it’s not the original email. Thank you for your help.
