One of my friends characters was booted from the server in a BG 2 days ago. Since then, he has not been able to log back in to that character due to the "error 326 character is currently locked." He submitted a ticket 2 days ago regarding this situation, however, has yet to receive a response. I'm posting this on the forums instead of him because he currently does not have a forum account to use. The ticket number is #210605-005902/210605-000853. It would be appreciated if he could actually receive some help as soon as possible.
