It has been a whopping 4 days since we got the last of our 3 accounts in our house unmuted. Now we are having to wait yet again to use social functions. This is beginning to be ridiculus 2 of us have 1 year subs. What is causing this??? This is the second weekend in a row this happened and it has us very frustrated. My ticket number is 210425-003316
