Hi all.

I went to Rolis Hlaalu in Mournhold and purchased the praxis for the Ancient Nord Monolith, Head. I consumed the praxis, but the item is not showing as available to craft at an enchanting station or any other crafting station. I have the required materials and the abilities, and it doesn't show as an option to craft or even just to view with the checkboxes for materials/abilities/quests filled or unfilled in any combination. This was an expensive purchase with writ vouchers so I'd really like a resolution, and emailing customer service has not been helpful.
