Consistent Crash to Desktop in Combat - Specific to Nord Warden Healer on Frost Staff Back Bar

I run over 10 of my characters through the Random Dungeon Finder daily, and only one crashes to Desktop, and crashes consistently - My Nord Warden Healer. He also only crashes on the back bar, which is a frost Destruction Staff. Happens in multiple dungeons, and occurring during Final boss, mini boss, and trash mob fights.

None of my other characters have crashed at all since the last patch, but my Nord Warden Healer crashes at least once per dungeon run, usually twice. He also won't crash at all if I stay on my front bar, which is a restoration staff.

PC/NA - Addons used

Here are my skills on the frost staff back bar (Charged Trait with Frost damage enchantment) :

1) Gripping Shards
2) Unstable Wall of Elements
3) Elemental Drain
4) Fetcher Infection
5) Crystal Slab
Ult: Permafrost

    Other people have already flagged unstable wall of elements as the culprit.

    Thanks. Hadn't seen anything yet on it. I have no issues with it on my lightning staves, so guess I will switch over until they get it fixed.
