All 4 members of group crashed at Garron the Returned during the lich spears mechanism. Could only be fixed by game restart. On first restart, game remained at a crashed state after logging back in. It was not possible to submit Playstation bug report as the game entered a hanged state rather than crashing and bringing up the bug report interface. On second restart, player resurrected in the correct position with the fight reset. The dungeon could not be completed so the group had to port out and play other content.
