Stuck in queue and group...again

We grouped earlier for a RND, queued and queue did not work even after about 10 minutes waiting. Leaving the queue does not work, leaving the group does not work, disbanding the group does not work. Logoff and on again does not work, quitting the game completely does not work, we are just stuck. I mean i love my guildies, but not that much that i want to spend the rest of my life with them. This is the 2nd time in the last 8 days and anything but fun. Neither can now join other groups to do for example pledges etc. on the character we want.
