I've been having that issue where I disconnect every 5-10 minutes. I've submitted a ticket, but was wondering if anyone here might be able to help.

I ran this pathping test and I'm not sure exactly what I'm seeing... the 100% lost at hop 8 part seems like it might be an issue though? Does anyone know how to read these?
