PTS Won't Install

I've tried running the repair and also finally just deleted the entire PTS and started fresh but I get this every time and it won't finish:

ERROR 206-PatchManifestError_UnzipFailed
Unable to decompress patch manifest data.

Any idea what I can try now to get the PTS downloaded and playable?

Ok I deleted all PTS files and tried again. Got this:

Error 201-MatchManifestError_DownnloadFail
Unable to download patch manifest

having same issues, and also tried deleting files etc, its now just stuck in a loop of applying patch, will complete then start again.

Most of that I can't do Adrikoth. I'm staying with a friend and the internet is in their name so I don't have access to change router settings. They're paranoid about stuff like that, thinking messing with it will screw up the router, so there is no way they will agree to try anything that concerns the router especially not for my "stupid games" (that's how they view online games). I'll try of that what I can and if it doesn't work I guess I'll just have to forget about the PTS.

Ok editing: I did what I could but nothing worked so I deleted the entire PTS again and tried a fresh install again, and this time it worked!
