is no one having this problem? since the 7th I've spent more time trying to get into the game than actual playtime. I'm constantly getting a screen flash to black and then the game locks up. it takes me some time 20-30 log in attempts before I get in only to play for 5 to 10 min before the black screen flashes and locks up again. i put a ticket in and have been working with CS for a week now and nothing fixes the issue.
