Stuttering after NPC interaction

Got the strangest bug, which turned up maybe 2-3 weeks ago, for the first time:
When logging in with a toon, the game is smooth, which it better be since my pc is damn expensive, but each time I interact with a NPC, even my banker in my house, I get very noticeable stuttering, though the keyboard less than the mouse. When I relog, the stuttering disappears, until I interact with a NPC again.
Anybody else got this bug? Any fix for it?
