    Please, answers correctly, the COVID is attacking the server? Or the COVID are killing the support? I don't know, the support are not working anymore? The numbers of players are increasing but the support are lowering?

    The recent pandemic is affecting response times to tickets players have submitted. This means it may take longer then normal before you get a reply back to your open ticket.

    But I still don't know, the work are the same if the support are working in home, they don't need to be in office to say the same automatic words on forum/support space. Even the ZOS are not passing by financial crisis, due to the increase on players numbers, so, It's inadmissible to the support to send this outrageous msg:
    "Please know that we are currently experiencing high contact volumes due to the impact of COVID-19 and you may experience increased waiting times when contacting Customer Support. Thank you for your patience."

    So, if the company are without money to invest in support and solving the problem that are been incurring to a high numbers of players, please say properly and we can get out of this game. It's inadmissible.

    Lets remember, the INFINTE LOADSCREEN are the same as was on the ALPHA phase of the ESO, and at this moment this problem are the SAME... I'm getting infinite loadscreen in the middle of the field on cyrodil.
