Group even boss not spawning Nchuthnkarst-Blackreach PD

As the title suggests I have, along with quite a few others, spent at least 20 minutes waiting for this Group Event boss to spawn in the Blackreach Public Dungeon Nchuthnkarst. Is this bugged or are we missing something?

    Everything is bugged at the moment, multiple harrowstorms in greymoor not finishing aswell.

    Can confirm the group event is a no show. Filed a bug report in game and I encourage others to do the same.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno I'm on PC NA.

    The place was pretty dead as well in terms of players and I waited and waited before I got tired and did the quest for it to see if that would progress anything and it didn't.

    Not at the moment, but I can in about 10-ish minutes.

    Thank you! I saw that he was up and proceeded to get my altmeri but kicked multiple times over. I will have to come back with friends to kill him XD I'll keep you posted.

    It seems this is still a bug? We are going on 25 minutes now waiting on this boss. PC NA @goddessofmidnight toon Goddess of Moonlight & @dragonofstorms64 toon Sneaky Dragon.

    He must have been visiting family over the Xmas holiday. He's back! I've been able to get him on 5 of my toons so far.
