How do I use crown store soul gems before the regular ones?

So I have a stack of crown soul gems from daily rewards or something. I want to use them up rather than just delete them (as I tend to do with most of the daily "reward" clutter). I vaguely remember that there was an option somewhere which let me choose to use the crown soul gems before or after the regular ones. It could have been in some addon, of course. I'm just not sure.

daim✭✭✭✭✭Some addons gives you the option to apply them automatically. In base game UI i dont think it matters as you have to select the usage manually anyways. ZOS_Chiroptera✭✭✭Hi @fiftypercentgrey, if you go into the Settings menu and select Gameplay, under the Items section there is an option to select Default Soul Gem that prioritizes either gold purchased soul gems or Crown soul gems.The Elder Scrolls Online - ZeniMax Online Studios
