PC NA server high ping, login timed out and kicked to login screen without error message. EU is fine

As the title said, this only happen to NA server while EU server is perfectly stable for me with consistent low pings (even lower than NA in the past back when NA is still stable) and even faster loading into the game compared to NA server.
Is anyone else having this problem as well? I'm really considering switching to EU but at the same time i don't want ditch years of progress i made on NA server.

esterwind✭✭we have massive similar problems here each evening between 16:00 and 23:00 UK time but only for some of the regions or countries, don't know exactly. Some of my guild mates who are from western Europe don't have these issues, me and everyone i know that play from Romania, we all face the exact same issues. Massive lag spikes, major input lag all the time and also countless disconnects and being prompted to start screen many times without even an error message.
But i repeat, this all happens only during evenings between those hours. Rest of the time is fine. Too bad all guild events and almost every other activities happen mostly during those hours.
So far the forums have been littered with articles complaining about these issues, not one single official comprehensive response received. Nobody even bothered to reply.0 -

Now that you mentioned that time the problems happens, that NA server problems usually happen roughly during 9PM to 12AM (time zone is gmt+8) for me but even when NA is not lagging outside of that time the ping usually be around 350+ while EU can stay under 250 most of the time. NA's ping isnt this high in the past...Since we are from different countries and NA server start to lag at specific time i could only assume is that the server is overpopulated during that time.0 -
