Not receiving OPT code

Anyone else having this problem of not receiving OPT code when trying to login into Accounts on ZOS website? I can login I to the game fine but when I try to login into the account on website it sends me an OTP which never arrives.
Have checked spam and every possible location but just doesn't work. Any help?
