When trying to log in I keep getting the error message that my username or password may be incorrect or in active but they are not.

    PC NA and PC EU
    both give the same message:
    "Login Failed. Your user name or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. If you purchased the game through Steam, please start the game via the Steam client to login."

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_KaiSchober @ZOS anyone pls look into this...........

    Exact same here.

    PC , and cannot login , verified password correct as can login fine to account page.

    PC EU , and cannot login, but i can´t try my password, because the account page is not loading.
    Every other Home page is is loading properly.
    Chrome, Firfox, and Edge i tried in these Browser with the same result.

    Please verify your connection, blah blah.

    Same problem, cannot log onto the website either. Tried changing the password, didn't help. I hope this gets resolved quickly, I'd like to do my dailies. Lucky that my raid day was yesterday...

    This is the error it shows me when logging via Steam.
    And a different error (which was shown previously) when logging non-Steam.
    My friend has the same problem

    When trying to log in keep getting log in error saying my username or password is wrong. It is not! Got booted out of game and can't get back in. Playing from windows pc and it's not a steam game.

    Heya, not exactly the same problem, but the launcher itself is behaving very weirdly for me since I played last night.

    a.) After a reboot, trying to load the ESO Launcher shows the "Loading" page with the Elsweyr logo for a VERY long time, onward of 3 minutes, before it starts to load the full ESO UI.
    b.) However, the launcher load is only partial, and stalls for another 3-5 minutes showing the Live and PTS options, but no Play/Repair button. After 5 mins or so, the Updater tries updating, and...
    c.) Error 210: PatchManifestError_Downlo0adFail (unable to download patch manifest).

    Now this can be a number of things. However, I've ALSO noticed that...

    d.) Trying to load the Help.ElderScrollsOnline.com pages just doesn't load for me, showing a blank page. This same behavior happens in Chrome and MS Edge Chromium, and in FireFox as well. Account.Elderscro... also doesn't load.

    Couple this with your login posts around the same time I had these errors, I'm assuming they may be related on the back end. If so, this impacts not just the game, but account, help and launcher related resources as well.

    It's not location based, I don't think so, Germany here and the website is also malfunctioning, as is the login.
