Main character stuck in Hunters Glade!!

Platform: Xbox One
Issue: I load in to game, pick main toon which was last parked in the Glade. Game crashes to xbox home screen. If I access my other 13 toons no problem. All known bug fixes tried; clear cache, reset/restart xbox, etc......Tried repeatedly over the last 6 days.
I cant function without my main please send HALP!! Thx!!!
