Ticket open with 6 days and no answers

I wanted to ask for help please,
it's been over 10 days since i sent a ticket talking about my account being stolen, zenimax helped me recover, however, whoever made it linked a steam fake that now i can't unlink, i'm afraid of being stolen again because I can't link my own steam to my account, this is depressing,
I had some tickets closed, and lastly I again opened a number: 200124-002977, but there are already 6 days without answers ....
could any adm help me?
