Help Signing into PTS Server

I am having issues logging into the PTS server. I am able to sign into my account online but when I try to sign into the PTS I get the error "Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. If you purchased the game through Steam, please start the game via the Stream Client to login".

Does anyone have experience resolving this issue?

    Your PTS client may not be fully updated. In your ESO launcher make sure you have PTS selected. Once selected, try updating or repairing through the launcher. Once completed, try logging into the PTS again.

    Exactly the same problem 2 1/2 years later. I have used PTS before with no problem. Tried opening with sent code. I will try the repair option on PTS only and see if that works.

    Actually nope. There is no "repair" available for PTS and entry into ESO uses the same name and password I have been using. It seems like a link or more is missing. Nothing to fill in or check off or cut and paste to with that method.
