new laptop need help with graphic setttings

Hello so I bought a new laptop for travel and I just got eso installed but I have no clue what settings I should be on.
my specs are
CPU Intel I5-8300h 2.30ghz
Ram 16gb
Graphic card GeForce GTX 1660 TI
Don't know what else is needed.

    Use the latest in geforce drivers. when you download those, you get something called the geforce experience. This is an easy to use program to optimise settings for your games. Make sure it detects where you have eso installed and it will auto optimise the settings for you.
    What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?

    I tried that but i was at like 15 fps in any city

    Also in power options, set the laptop to run High Performance mode while plugged in. Otherwise, the CPU can get throttled.
